Aston Martin DB9 Volante
Volante means ‘convertible’ in Aston
Martin-speak, and the DB9 Volante joins a line of prestigious
post-WWII convertibles going back to the DDB2 of 1950.
The Volante is built alongside the DB9 2+2 Coupe at the
company’s facility in Gaydon, England, and both share
a 6.0-liter V-12 engine, a top speed of 180 mph and the
ability to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under five seconds.
Aston Martin V8 Vantage
The V8 Vantage is the third model
in Aston Martin’s lineup, an ‘affordable’ premium 2-seater
sports car built at the company’s headquarters in Gaydon,
Warwickshire, UK. Power is provided by an all-aluminum,
4.3-liter, 380 horsepower V-8 hand-assembled at the company’s
new engine plant in Cologne, Germany. Unique for a vehicle
of this type, there is a substantial cargo area at the
rear of the cabin accessed by a hatchback.
Audi Q7
Built in Bratislava, capital of
the Slovak Republic, Audi’s Q7 is a luxury performance
SUV with a 4.2-liter, 350 horsepower V-8 engine, 6-speed
Tiptronic automatic transmission and the latest generation
of quattro all-wheel drive. Three-row, 7-passenger seating
is standard in V-8 models, optional with the V-6 engine.
Q7 offers up to 72.5 cubic feet of cargo space with the
rear seats folded, and has ten cup and bottle holders.
