Mazda CX-7
Mazda’s CX-7 is a crossover sport-utility
vehicle designed and engineered specifically for North
America. With space for five passengers, the cargo area
will take full-sized golf bags and the front console still
has room for a laptop computer. CX-7 is powered by a turbocharged,
2.3-liter, 244 horsepower 4-cylinder engine that it shares
with the MAZDASPEED6 sports sedan. Both front- and computer-controlled
all-wheel drive versions are available.
Mazda CX-9
Mazda’s CX-9 is the CX-7’s big brother.
A crossover SUV with 3-row seating for seven people, the
CX-9 is powered by a 3.5-liter, 263 horsepower V-6 engine
mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Both front-
and all-wheel drive versions are available. Safety features
include advanced roll stability control, anti-lock brakes
and side curtain airbags. CX-9 is offered in three trim
levels: Sport, Touring and Grand Touring.
Mazda MAZDA5
The MAZDA5 is a 3-row, 6-passenger
multi-activity sports vehicle infused with sports car
inspiration. For 2007, the only change to the lineup is
the addition of a new Grand Touring model that includes
leather-trimmed heated seats and xenon/High-Intensity
Discharge (HID) headlights. 17-inch alloy wheels are standard.
Power is provided by a 2.3-liter, 153 horsepower 4-cylinder
engine and a choice of 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic
transmission.
