Cadillac CTS
Cadillac’s CTS is an entry-level
luxury sedan that pioneered Cadillac’s renewed emphasis
on rear-wheel drive performance and sharp-edged design.
Powerplants in the standard CTS include a 2.8-liter, 210
horsepower V-6 and optional 3.6-liter V-6 that puts out
255 horsepower. The high-performance CTS-V, however, features
a 6.0-liter, 400 horsepower V-8 and a top speed of 163
mph. O to 60 mph acceleration takes less than five seconds.
Cadillac STS
The Cadillac STS is a luxury performance
sedan with outstanding power and road capabilities in
a distinctly American package. The standard model offers
a choice of 3.6-liter, 254 horsepower V-6 or 4.6-liter,
320 horsepower V-8 engines, and a choice of rear- or all-wheel
drive. Like virtually all Cadillac models, the STS has
a high performance version, the STS-V, powered by a supercharged
4.4-liter V-8 producing 469 horsepower.
Cadillac XLR
The XLR is Cadillac’s answer to
Chevrolet’s Corvette, a sharply-styled high performance
2-seater featuring a retractable hardtop, Adaptive Forward
Lighting, a head-up display, Magnetic Ride Control, StabiliTrak,
heated and cooled seats, Keyless Access with push-button
start and DVD navigation and entertainment. The XLR-V
performance model is the quickest Cadillac ever offered,
with a supercharged, 443 horsepower V-8 under the hood.
The Passion Red Special Edition is new for 2007.
