Ingredients
3 c. green salad olives
3 small green onions, sliced
1/2-3/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 T. lemon juice
6-8 tsp. tomato paste
Hot red pepper to taste

If olives
are salty, soak in water 1/2 hour. Drain. Slice to desired
size. Add other ingredients. Season to taste. Chill. Serve
with wedges of pocket bread.
