
Wash and peel
1 medium cucumber. Cut into 4 or 8 length-wise strips then
slice very thin. Cut off seedy part if seeds are too big.
Mix 1 quart of madzoon with spoon, and a little water if madzoon
is too thick, then add the cucumbers and a pinch of salt.
Blend all together and chill. Or add one ice cube to each
individual serving dish. Good on hot summer days. Add fresh
mint leaves if desired.
