
Get some wrapping paper from you butcher
the size of your baking dish. Fold the edges one inch, make
them stand up, fixing the corners, place it in your baking
dish. Brush with olive oil generously. Place the cleaned fish
on this paper and season. Crush the garlic and mix with the
wine. Pour a little tomato sauce too. Then sprinkle some chopped
parsley and then bread crumbs. Bake in moderate oven until
fish is tender.
