Ingredients
Large raw shrimp, divined and shelled
Lobster tails, cooked and cut into pieces
Scallops
Green pepper cubes
Small whole onions
Cherry tomatoes
8 medium size mushrooms
Tangy marinade
Tangy Marinade
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1/2 paprika
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Pour marinade over seafood, cover and
refrigerate at least 2-3 hours. String seafood and vegetables
on skewer alternating each. Grill on charcoal about 4-5 minutes.
Can be basted with marinade while cooking.
