Ingredients
2 lbs. lamb cut in chunks
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/3 cup water


Put the meat in the pressure cooker, cover with all the ingredients. Follow directions for pressure cooking. Cook 25 minutes and serve.
