Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup rice
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together the meat, onions, rice,
salt and pepper thoroughly. Roll into 3 inch rolls. Then drop
them into boiling water and cook until rice is tender. Take
them out of water and let cool. Close to serving time, dip
the meat rolls in the beaten eggs and fry in shortening.
