Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb
1 egg
2 slices of bread without crust
1 tablespoon fresh or dry dill
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and pepper

Soak the bread in water for a second
and quickly squeeze the water out with your and. Add this
to the meat with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with
your hand and shape into rolls 2 inches long, 1 inch wide.
Wet your hands to prevent the meat from sticking. Fry in butter
on slow fire until browned. Serve hot. Serves 5.
