Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb or beef
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, mashed fine
1/3 teaspoon kimion
1 egg
1/3 teaspoon chaimen
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Pepper and paprika

Beat the egg, add all the ingredients.
Mix well. Shape any way desired. Fry in butter. After all
the kuftas are fried, add the tomato sauce to the butter in
the frying pan, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low fire.
Then add the kuftas and cook 5 minutes more.
