
Wash meat, put in a baking pan, add
the water and tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and paprika, and
bake in a moderate oven for 1 1/2 hour. You may add potatoes,
cut in half if they are medium size and bake with the meat
for 1 hour. Turn oven meat and potatoes to brown all sides.
Add more water if needed. Serve with its juice. Potatoes may
be fried first then added to meat.
