Ingredients
6 pieces of lamb meat (shoulder) cut for individual serving
1 small can of tomatoes
1 cup of water
Salt and paprika


Wash meat, put in a baking pan, add the water and tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and paprika, and bake in a moderate oven for 1 1/2 hour. You may add potatoes, cut in half if they are medium size and bake with the meat for 1 hour. Turn oven meat and potatoes to brown all sides. Add more water if needed. Serve with its juice. Potatoes may be fried first then added to meat.
