Ingredients
1 lamb liver and the heart
4 medium sized onions sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon allspice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Wash and skin the liver and cut into
small pieces. Also cut up heart. Cook in very little water
for 1/2 hour. Add the rest of the ingredients except the oil.
Cook 1 hour on slow fire. 10 minutes before the hour is up
add the oil. See that all the water is absorbed and only the
oil is showing.
