
Melt butter in frying pan, place ground
meat and fry a little. Cool. Chop parsley very fine. Beat
eggs in a deep dish and place the fried beef and parsley in
this dish and mix well.
Now take a muffin pan and place a teaspoon of butter in each
section. Next fill each section half way with the mixture.
Place pan in oven and bake until the top and the bottom forms
a soft crust or for about half an hour in moderate oven. Remove
each meat mixture from pan and serve hot.
