Ingredients
Six large firm tomatoes
1/2 bunch of Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon rice
1/2 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine

Fry beef with melted butter, adding
onions, When fried, mix parsley and rice.
Wash tomatoes and cut the tops off. Save top so as to place
it back on the tomato when filled. Scoop out inside of tomatoes
and fill the hole with fried beef mixture. Place them side
by side in a shallow baking dish. Put a cup of water in the
dish and cook on low flame until tender.
