Ingredients
Six Small Squash
1/2 Bunch Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon Rice
Some Dill
1/2 Pound Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped Fine
Salt to Taste

Wash squash, peel by scraping off thin
layer of skin with edge of knife. Scoop out inside and salt.
Fry your meat with onions, then mix in rice and parsley. Add
dill if desired. Fill this mixture into the squash. Place
squash into a shallow baking dish side by side, add 1/2 cup
water, and cook until tender. This is delicious when served
with madzoon.
