Armenian Baked FishIngredients
2 1b. White fish (fillet)
3 large ripe tomatoes
1 large onion
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped fresh mint
1/2 c. Mazola oil
3/4 c. water

Broil fish, which has been dipped in oil first. Three minutes on each side is ample. Layer fish in baking pan. Spread remaining ingredients on top. Pour remaining oil also over the fish and slowly add water also. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 5 or 6 people.
