2 cloves of garlic, mashed
1 slice of bread without the crust
2 tablespoons filberts, walnut, ro almonds, ground fine
2 tablespoons vinegar
Pinch of salt

Soak the bread lightly in water, and squeeze dry. Mash with the rest of the ingredients. It should make a soft paste. This sauce is also used with fried fish, fried eggplant, etc.
