Meat Ball Soup Recipe


Meat Ball SoupIngredients
3/4 lb. ground lamb or beef
1/4 cup rice
3 small onions, chopped fine
2 tablespoons parsley, chooped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 qt. water
1/4 cup tomato sauce or egg sauce.

Mix the meat, rice onions, parsley, salt and pepper and knead. Shape into balls the size of a marble. Spread the flour on a waxed paper, roll the balls lightly in it, and drop them in the boiling water. Either use tomato sauce in the water or leave out the tomato and serve with egg sauce.
